Centred Soul is a not-for-profit organisation, based in Newry, founded by Rosemary Deans. Rosemary's background is in Social Work, working with children and families, adults with mental health issues and learning needs.
Centred Soul is all about working with families, with a particular focus on keeping ourselves 'centred' and well during pregnancy, following the birth of our babies and when tackling the everyday ups & downs of family life. We do this by organising fun and down to earth events, therapeutic activities & experiences.
